I've had a great experience every time I've visited Lady M. Not only are the cakes absolutely delicious, but the customer service is consistently outstanding. The ladies working there are always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help, making every visit a pleasant experience.I always look forward to coming back!

Lady M is always our go to. The employees are very nice and paciente. They suggested their best sellers and a seasonal passion fruit. Amazing options. We will come back Coffee was always great!

Had a great time here with my friends! The atmosphere was so nice, clean and fancy refined. The staff was wonderful and service was fast. They pay a lot of attention to detail. Our server May helped us with tea refills and was really sweet! The desserts were really good, we got the Dubai chocolate cake and it was amazing, as recommended by May! Will be coming back again.

This place has quickly become a new family favorite. I had never tried a crepe cake before, but after a chance walk-by where we chatted with a customer enjoying dessert outside Lady M, curiosity got the best of us, and I’m so glad it did. I learned that what Lady M specializes in is mille crêpes (French for “thousand crepes”), a cake made by layering ultra-thin crepes with delicate pastry cream. When French pastry technique meets Japanese precision and restraint, the result is something truly special. The cakes are light, gently creamy, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet like many American desserts. They’re meant to be enjoyed slowly. We tried two of their most popular flavors: the Original and the Tiramisu. Both were outstanding, and we’re already planning our next visit to try more (I spotted a pistachio flavor calling my name). The café itself is small but airy, with about five indoor tables and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly. I even met Gaby, who’s been with the company for over 10 years, which says a lot about the culture and consistency here. The Baseline: For a desert shop the flavor of offerings must out-weigh the taste of pure sugar, there must be unique/rare offerings that drive me to go there, and the value of the desert must be balanced with the fact I probably just finished a meal. Food: This is an upscale cake/desert shop with a good selection of different cake slices. The variety is well displayed and I had the Passion Fruit Cheesecake which was very tasty. Looking forward to trying new offerings in future visits. Service: I had great service at Lady M. The server prepared my order and was good about giving me suggestions. Ambiance: The seating in the shop is very upscale and is enjoyable when you are looking for something less casual.
